No, S. Veerasamy Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology  does not give 100% scholarships. Few scholarships are there which are distributed on the basis of economical background and academic background from the college fund. Tamil Nadu government provides scholarships from state scholarship portal. Still there are no provisions for 100% scholarship being given.

As a deprived Scheduled Caste (SC) student, you can apply for a scholarship at IGNOU under the SC/ST fee exemption scheme.

IGNOU offers full fee waivers for eligible SC/ST students in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, provided you submit a valid caste certificate, income proof (typically below INR 2.5 Lacs annually), and enrollment details. Apply during admission or within the stipulated deadline via the IGNOU portal.

Without the scholarship, fees vary by program—e.g., BA is around INR 4,000-6,000 per year, payable at admission. With the exemption, you'd pay nothing upfront, but non-scholarship components like exam fees (I

Alpha College of Engineering provides merit-based scholarships, including a 100% waiver on the tuition fee for students attaining exceptional academic records. More precisely, students who score 90% or more in their qualifying examinations can apply for such scholarships. The scholarships offered each year are restricted in number, generally ranging between 5% to 10% of the total sanctioned seats in each of the engineering disciplines. Awardees are recognised as Alpha Scholars and are required to keep up with their studies to continue the scholarship until completion.

I think in AIIMS, you don't need any scholarship. But, for students, many scholarships are available, like meritorious students or economically weaker students, SC/ST students. Even after completing 4 years, you can start earning from INR 12,000 - INR 25,000, but this is not a scholarship; this is a stipend, so if you are good, then you can get a meritorious student scholarship.
