The University has established various undergraduate scholarship (UG scholarship) programs for students. The scholarships are awarded to students mainly on merit scored at the 10+2 examination or any other previous qualifying examination.

The objective of the university is to enable access at affordable prices to education by talented but needy students.

Eligibility criteria, fee waiver percentage, and application processes vary from year to year because the scholarships can again be either for a weaker section of society or for excellence in co-curricular and sporting activities.
