Yes, IIT BHU offers Merit-cum-Means scholarships to 25% undergraduate students. Besides, there are several endowment scholarships offered by the Institute. Some other facilities are also provided to undergraduate students in the form of Institute free studentship, scholarships, reimbursement of mess charges and pocket allowances to the students belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Candidates whose parents are in Defence services and the candidates who have appeared in any state/ national level entrance exams are offered an additional 10% scholarship. No, the NIMS University scholarships are applicable to the first-year tuition fees only. Further, candidates pursuing PhD, Diploma in Paramedical, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Architecture programmes are not eligible for any scholarship offered by the University.
