No, Kingston Engineering College does not offer a 100% scholarship. However, they do provide merit-based scholarships with fee waivers to deserving students, as well as financial support to those who demonstrate academic and personal achievements and are facing financial challenges. Kingston Engineering College also provides non-government scholarships through trusts, and other organizations.

V P Muthaiah Pillai Meenakshi Ammal College Of Engineering And Technology For Women (now Arul Tharum VPMM College of Engineering and Technology) offers various scholarships, but not a blanket 100% scholarship for all students. They provide government scholarships (SC/ST, Minority, Farmer's Children Welfare, etc.) and management scholarships. Management scholarships are available for class toppers, university rank holders, economically weaker students, and sports achievers. The extent of these scholarships varies, and 100% fee remission would depend on individual eligibility and specific scholarship criteria.

While G H Raisoni Law College doesn't guarantee 100% scholarships to all, it does offer merit-based and need-based scholarships to deserving students. Some high-performing students with strong academic backgrounds or economically weaker backgrounds may qualify for full or partial tuition waivers through government or institutional schemes. The college is committed to supporting sincere learners, and candidates are encouraged to apply for scholarships during the admission process or inquire through the administration for available opportunities each academic year.

GH Raisoni Jalgaon also provides a maximum of 100% on merit scholarship and extracurricular excellence scholarship. Merit-based fee waiver is between 5 to 20 percent, and special slots are reserved under the COVID warriors and Raisoni family admitted category. The scholarships include tuition and seats as well as the central/ state government assistance. Nevertheless, scholarships are not universal since full scholarships are offered to a limited number of students and have highly defined eligibility standards.

Priyadarshini Bhagwati College of Engineering usually does not provide 100% scholarships covering full tuition fees. Partial scholarships either through government schemes for SC/ST, OBC, and economically weaker sections or through merit-based schemes for the more talented might be available.
Such scholarships might cover a good chunk of the fees. Students would have to apply through the college's scholarship office with documents such as mark sheets, income certificates, etc. The office would check eligibility before awarding scholarships.

Chameli Devi Group of Institutions offers various meaningful scholarships, but a 100% scholarship is not possible. From the 3rd semester onward, eligible students—such as those with family income less than INR 1.2 LPA, first-class academics, and good attendance—can receive tuition waivers.

Infant Jesus College of Engineering  does not give 100% scholarship. While the college does offer various scholarships such as academic excellence scholarships, sibling scholarships, financial aid and also provide scholarships for specific categories of students (like those from minority communities or with a certain income level), there is no mention of a complete 100% scholarship.

Additionally, students from reserved or economically weaker sections can apply for government scholarships and state-funded schemes.
