The highest package offered for B.Arch students at Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS Mumbai, is approximately INR 13 LPA and the average package is around INR 4-5 LPA. Almost 100% of the students get placed every year. All the students are also offered internships at many reputed companies for professional experience.

Yes, Balwant Sheth School of Architecture at NMIMS Mumbai does have a refund policy for fees. 

If a student withdraws their admission between 16-30 days after college start 90% of money will be refunded

If a student withdraws their admission after 30 days of after the college start, they are not eligible for any refund

To get admission to Balwant Sheth School of Architecture at NMIMS Mumbai,  

B.Arch: A minimum score of 70 out of 200 in the NATA exam is required, along with passing 10+2 with Mathematics and English.

M.Arch: Admission is based on the B.Arch score, a personal interview, and a reelevant works, with a minimum of 50% marks in the B.Arch degree.

B.A. (Hons.) in Interior Environment and Design: Admission requires passing an aptitude test, followed by a group discussion and personal interview

Admission to B.Arch at Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS, Mumbai, is done based on the scores obtained in the NATA exam. The exams were held between August 10 and August 24, 2024. Admission to M.arch is done based on the scores obtained in graduation and the Personal Interview Round. The last date for admission to M.Arch. is not released yet.
