To be eligible for the BDes course at School of Design, MIT WPU, students must have passed Class 12 in any stream with English as a compulsory subject and at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category candidates from Maharashtra).

School of Design, MIT WPU Pune offers courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels in the Design stream. The school offers BDes and BFA course at the UG level and MDes and MFA programme at the PG level. Besides, the school also offers PhD in Design at the doctoral level. The selection for all the courses is entrance-based. The school accepts scores in UCEED, CEED, NATA, NID, etc. for admission to specific programmes.
