According to the latest data in 2023 a student have to register for NMAT and there are various test contains written ability test, group discussion and personal interview rounds and all includable percentile must be about 80 to 95 percentile to get admitted in NMIMS. However, the admission process for the B.Des. in Humanising Technology program at NMIMS School of Design involves NMIMS-NPAT 2020, which includes a Design Aptitude Studio Test, Personal Interview, and Portfolio Review. The cutoff for deciding the merit lies solely with NMIMS.

As the B.des is through a selection process of Dat test and then the students get selected there are only 30 seats in the college for b.des which came through a selection process which contains three task studio test portfolio review and personal interview then only students get selected

There is an entrance exam named DAT which is a design aptitude test that comprises of studio test portfolio review and personal interview for selection in B.des and there is about minimum percentile of 80 to 90 which is acceptable in college to study the all process in entrance exam are held on same day.

Choosing between B. Des, INIFD andheri or ISDI is mainly depends upon various factors such as faculty, curriculum, facilities, and your personal preferences. In my opinion, both INIFD Andheri and ISDI - School of Design and Innovation, considering factors like faculty expertise, alumni success, and the specific design focus of each college. So no need to compare. Both are good colleges.

The Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISDI) in Mumbai offers 360 seats for admission based on performance in the ISDI Challenge. The total number of seats for Bachelor of Design at Indian School of Design and Innovation is 600.

ISDI - School of Design and Innovation doesn't have a minimum cutoff for B.Des. However, in the past, candidates who have secured admission for B.Des programs have had the following:
••Class 12 percentage above 80%
••DAT score above 75%
••Good portfolio/project work
••Strong interview performance
ISDI considers the combined score from the ISDI Challenge to grant admission. The cutoff marks required for B.Des are:
Step A: Upload your Portfolio or Complete the Design Project (100 marks, 40% weightage)
Step B: Online Design Aptitude Test (100 marks, 40%)

ISDI - School of Design and Innovation accepts the combined score from the ISDI Challenge for admission to its B.Des program. The ISDI Challenge comprises three components: Class 12 percentage, Design Aptitude Test (DAT) score, and Portfolio/Project work, each carrying a specific weightage.
