Admission to the course will be made from the rank-list prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance test conducted by the School, or any other admission process conducted by the MGU.

No, School of Indian Legal Thought, Mahatma Gandhi University does not have an offline mode of application. The only mode to apply for students is online. Students are able to apply through the institute page as long as they complete the eligibility as set by the institute. Though the selection process requires offline written exams.
