The eligibility criteria for LLB programme offered by School of Law and legal affairs NIU is that aspirant must have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. For this course CLAT, LSAT India, NSAT and CUET PG exams are accepted. 

Whereas, for the integrated LLB programme like B.A. LLB and BBA LLB the eligibility criteria is candidates must have completed their 10+2 with 50% minimum. Exams like CLAT and CUET UG are accepted by NIU for this program.
