Candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for BA LLB at School of Law, Presidency University, Bangalore:

1. Academic Qualification: Candidates should have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Candidates appearing for their final year exams in March/April are also eligible to apply, provided they submit their mark sheets by the specified date.

2. Age Limit: Candidates should be between 17 and 22 years of age as on July 1st of the year of admission (relaxation of 3 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

3. English Proficiency: Candidates should have studied English as a compulsory subject at the 10+2 level or equivalent.

4. Nationality: Candidates should be Indian nationals.

5. Entrance Exam: Candidates should have appeared for and secured the minimum qualifying marks in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted by any CLAT-consortium law school. The minimum CLAT score required for admission to BA LLB at School of Law, Presidency University, Bangalore may vary from year to year based on the number of applicants and the difficulty level of the exam.

After meeting these eligibility criteria, shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and an interview at School of Law, Presidency University, Bangalore. Based on their performance in these rounds, candidates will be selected for admission to the BA LLB programme at School of Law, Presidency University, Bangalore.
