Presidency School of Law Bangalore offers admission based on valid entrance exam scores. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 to seek admission to BA LLB and BBA LLB. Similarly, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation for admission to LLM. Apart from this, candidates must secure a valid score in CLAT. Any candidate can qualify for the admission process, if they meet the eligibility criteria.

The eligibility criteria for BA LLB (Hons) programme at School of Law, Presidency University, Bangalore is as follows: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. For candidates belonging to SC/ST and other reserved categories, the minimum aggregate marks required is 40%. The maximum age limit for candidates is 20 years as on the first day of July of the year of admission. The candidate must have appeared for CLAT/LSAT-India/PULAT (Presidency University Law Admission Test)

Candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for BA LLB at School of Law, Presidency University, Bangalore:
1. Academic Qualification: Candidates should have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Candidates appearing for their final year exams in March/April are also eligible to apply, provided they submit their mark sheets by the specified date.
2. Age Limit: Candidates should be between 17 and 22 years of age as on July 1st of the year of admission (relaxation of 3 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
