The eligibility criteria for admission to the LLB course offered by the School of Legal Studies at Apeejay Stya University (ASU) are:

 * You must have a Graduation degree  from a university recognised by the UGC (University Grants Commission).

 *  You need to have  a minimum of 45% marks in  your graduation.

 *  There is a relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks. Therefore, SC/ST candidate minimum marks in 40 %

 *  Candidates are required to appear for and qualify in the Law Entrance Exam conducted by Apeejay Stya University (ASUAT).

 * Academic Qualification: Candidates must have Graduation degree  from a UGC-recognized university or institution.

 * Minimum Marks: They  have  minimum  45% marks in  their graduation.

 * ASU Law Entrance Exam: Candidates need to appear for and qualify in the Law Entrance Exam conducted by Apeejay Stya University.

According to the eligibility standards prescribed by the Apeejay Stya University School of Legal Studies, an Indian state, LLB programme requires applicants to have completed an undergraduate degree in any stream from recognised universities.

A Bachelor of aggregation with at least 45% marks from the graduation level is also essential for candidates' applications.
