MITSOT is a good option. According to NIRF rank provided by the Government of India, it is ranked in top 50 B-Schools of India.

Yes, Sinhgad is one of the best colleges for MBA in Pune. But MITSOM and Balaji are also good for MBA. It depends on you which one you select according to your convenience like fees, placements, hostels, etc. Both the colleges are on the highway and far away from city area. You can research more about the colleges for more information.

It is very hard at this scores.But still you have to be under 5000 ranks in state. Yes, college is worth taking admission.

MAT cut-off usually are between 97.50 to 98.50 percentile. But still you will have to see. Your candidature through MAT will be All India Seat. So, you have 50% - 60% chances.
