MIT School of Management (MITSOM) was established in 1987 and is located in Pune, Maharashtra. MITSOM has been recognised by UGC and it has been approved by the NBA. MITSOM is affiliated to MIT World Peace University, Pune. It is a private university and first School in Management and Information Technology Education under the MIT Group. MITSOM is a leading Business school and has been ranked NIRF. The management institute aims to raise talented Business professionals, Managers, and Entrepreneurs among whole nations. It offers courses like MBA, MCA and Ph.D. programs. Admissons at MITSOM are conducted every year and done on the basis of several entrances exams such as CET, CAt, XAT, and many more.

 Almost 50 to 60% of the students got placed. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA, the average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA.
