School of Planning and Architecture Eligibility

To get a seat at School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, students have to meet the basic eligibility. The common eligibility is as below:

• SPA Delhi UG eligibility - Class 12 with relevant subjects + specified marks
• SPA Delhi PG eligibility - UG degree from a recognised university
• SPA Delhi PhD eligibility - PG degree in relevant field

To be eligible for the BArch programme at SPA Delhi, candidates must have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Additionally, Mathematics must be studied as a compulsory subject. Admissions for 2025 require a valid JEE Main (Paper II) score, followed by the JoSAA/CSAB counselling process to secure a seat in the programme.

Candidates who have passed a master's degree in any of the courses conducted by the School/ Integrated master's degree course or its equivalent with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent GPA are eligible to apply for the PhD programme. Aspirants who have passed B.Arch, BPlan or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with at least 80% or 8.0 GPA or equivalent grade with at least three years experience can also apply.

• You should have PCM as compulsory subjects in your 12th with minimum 45% marks in aggregate for general and 40% for reserved categories.
• You should have a valid score from EAMCET exam.

The final all out admit will have post CET after centralized counselling for document verification and fee payment. 

SPA Delhi MDes eligibility criteria define the minimum educational requirements required to be fulfilled by the candidates seeking admission.
