I would suggest Chandigarh University because it offers a CUCET exam by which you can get a scholarship of up to 100% and it also gives scholarship on the basis of your JEE Main score. A five-year, full-time undergraduate programme leading to the degree of "Bachelor of Architecture" is available. For candidates to acquire the art of designing, planning, and building physical structures of various types, the course combines theoretical and practical expertise. Yes, you can get SPA Delhi in B. Planning through JEE Main. The eligibility criteria are given below. Eligibility: Passed qualifying 12th examination with Mathematics. For B. Planning, the candidates should have passed the qualifying examination with 50 % marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in aggregate of the qualifying examination.

Hello Samarjeet, I must say that at more than 98 percentile you have definitely done excellently. With this, I am sure, you should get admission in your desired NIT and also your desired branch. I would further advise you to download college predictor for JEE Mains issued by Shiksha.
