The Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture B.Arch fees is yet to be revealed for the 2026 session. In 2025, the total tuition fee was INR 9.6 Lacs and the ETS/CAS fees was INR 40,000. Candidates are required to pay the ETS/CAS fees as admission fees during the end of the admission process.

No, Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture B.Arch courses are only available to candidates who have cleared the Class 12 board exams with the required minimum aggregate and mandatory subjects.
The Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture B.Arch courses require candidates to clear Class 12 board exams with a minimum aggregate of 45% with Physics, Mathematics and one of Chemistry, Biology, Technical Vocational subject, Computer Science, IT, Informatics Practices, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies as mandatory subjects.

The course is covered within 10 semesters in which candidates complete the B.Arch syllabus as well as complete necessary internships and college projects. For admission to the SPA Delhi MPlan course, students must begin with the application process. The application form is available on the institute's official website for students to download. Yes, at SPA Delhi, students can withdraw their admission if they wish to. Such students are also entitled to a refund of fees. However, the refund is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions. Listed below are the guidelines to be followed as per the fee refund policy of the university:
- In case a candidate withdraws the admission or if the candidate is found ineligible in the verification process before the beginning of academic admission, then the entire fee is refunded after deduction of the processing fee, i.e., INR 5,000.

Yes, for admission to the SPA Delhi BPlan course, students are required to take an entrance test. The institute accepts JEE Main Paper-II scores for admission to UG courses, including BPlan. Thus, candidates willing to enrol into the BPlan course must appear for the JEE Main Paper-II. After appearing for the exam, they must participate in the subsequent JoSAA counselling process.

Candidates who have passed a master's degree in any of the courses conducted by the School/ Integrated master's degree course or its equivalent with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent GPA are eligible to apply for the PhD programme. Aspirants who have passed B.Arch, BPlan or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with at least 80% or 8.0 GPA or equivalent grade with at least three years experience can also apply.
