Hi Shivan,i being a science student also makes you eligible for B.Com in Nizam College as it requires a basic requirement of 60% marks in 10+2 examinations. But you just have to work extra harder in studies.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in B.Sc. Aeronautics and A.M.E. Courses is 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. So, you have to complete your 12th first or can be eligible in next year.

According to the eligibility criteria, you are eligible to appear for CTET Paper 2 in social Science. The basic criteria are that you have completed your graduate degree and either a B.Ed. Or D.Ed. However, since you are a biology graduate, the social studies question may become a challenge in CTET Paper 2 and also while applying for a teaching post at the upper primary level, i.e., classes 6 to 8.
