Hello Kenil Lad, there are large number of engineering colleges in India offering this branch. However just buy doing engineering in any of these colleges will not help a student getting placed in a good company. Employers are very choosing and invariably ignore colleges in the far fung areas. Also on the other hand many state governments have put restrictions on admissions to students who are domiciled in their state only. Most of the students cannot apply for B.Sc. Agriculture after their 12th commerce stream but in very few situations students will apply for B.Sc. Agriculture based upon their interest.

For this You need to be 12th pass in Science stream The entrance exam will be JNUEE BHU NET, ACT/SAT these kind of exams are the foundation exam for B.Sc. 1st CS.

For selecting IISERs during online application can must note the following points carefully:
1. At the time of online application, a candidate will be shown 9 programs across 7 IISERs.
2. Candidate is required to make a preference list from among these 9 programs that the candidate wants to be considered for an admission.
3. The preference order must be from the most preferred (first preference) to the least preferred (last preference).
4. The preference list must contain at least one IISER programme.

For Candidates seeking admission under the OBC-NCL category:

  1. As per the latest guidelines of the Government of India, the OBC-NCL Certificate should have been issued on or after April 01, 2026.
  2. If any OBC-NCL candidate fails to submit the OBC-NCL Certificate (issued on or after April 01, 2026) at the time of online application, the candidate has to upload a signed declaration form.
