Apply for a job, work for 1 year and then decide if you want to go for higher studies. Simultaneously do courses like HACCP (if you what to get in to food quality sector ), register for M.Phil (if you want to take up research and continue for Ph.D. get an internship in a hospital equipped with molecular diagnostics (PCR, real. GITAM doesn't have a fixed cut off as cut offs vary with number of students and the difficulty level of the exam. 145 is a decent score and you have a good chance to secure a seat in GITAM. Below is the rank predictor tool you can use to get a proper idea of the rank you will secure at 145 marks.
