Yes, of course, you can apply for M.Sc. In Botany at Gujarat University. The duration of this course is 2 years which is a full-time course. Tuition fee is around INR 4,380 and for your knowledge it is a state university. You need to appear the entrance examination known as GUJCET 2023 which is going to be held on 3rd April 2023 to get admission into the respective university.

No, you can't do B.Sc. In computer Science because for B.Sc. Computer Science you need to be a science student and at least you have to score 75% marks in your 12th boards.
