Candidates can pursue for Polytechnic ( Diploma) course in agriculture after class 10th if they have an aggregate of 40%.

The minimum cutoff for general is 50 percentile, for general -pwd it's 45 and for OBC is 40. So you can't apply for it. Maybe you can try again next time or can opt for any private college.

The fees in Vanish college is 21000 (approximately) with an aggregate of 50% in graduation whereas in Baba mastnath college the fees is 70000. The admission at the latter college is merit based.
