Yes, you can go for Ph.D. in Neuroscience after completing your M.Sc. In Neuropsychology. The programme will take 3-5 years to complete. Some of the colleges in India where you can pursue this course-Manipal University, University of Calcutta, Amity University-Noida and IISc Bangalore.

No, you don't have to appear for CUET for taking admission in St. Xavier's College, Mumbai for pursuing BA History(Hons). You need to give Xavier's BMS Entrance Test for taking admission in St. Xavier's Mumbai. CUET is applicable for Central Universities till now.
