Nowadays there is an all-time high in the need for better healthcare facilities and radiotherapy is such an important area that has the scope of showing many more job opportunities in the future. First, you will have to secure 50% marks in 12th board and next, you have to qualify an internal test which is held by the college and according to their cutoff (most probably above 60 out of 100 for general category), you will be eligible for B.Sc admission.

Yes, you are eligible for taking admission to IISc. Note that IISc gives B.Sc. (research) in Biology Chemistry Earth & Environmental Science, Materials, Mathematics, and Physics along with a minor in any other subject. So, there are no specific courses for biotechnology, but the topic will be taught in your course of study.
