Additionally, you can also check the official website of the college or the official website of the University for the cutoff information.
It's also worth noting that in some cases, the cutoff for a program may vary depending on the category of the applicant (e.g. General, OBC, SC, ST, etc.). So, please make sure you check the correct category cutoff as well.

It can be hard to predict the exact cutoff before the release but with the last year's cutoff you can get an estimate. There are around 100+ seats available every year. The cut-off rank 2022 for your is around 715-117, for OBC/SC/ST it's 116-93.

The cut-off at Dr. NTR UNIVERSITY for MBBS 2023 is not yet released. I am mentioning the cutoff for the year 2022 so that you can have an estimate. First, second and third cutoff ranks were 455895, 471916, 257152.
