With 148 marks in CUET-PG you have very less chance in the first round of counseling to get admission to BHU for microbiology courses in the general category. However, you may get into college in the second round of Counseling. Admissions in BHU on the basis of CUET UG scores have been started this year only, and this will be the first time that admissions will be conducted by BHU on the basis of CUET.
