Firstly you have to satisfy minimum eligibility criteria that is 55%(45% for SC/ ST) in BSc(qualifying degree) and 50% marks in qualifying exam.
Then cutoff will depend on factors like number of candidates appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam.

Can you mention more about your stream.
But , yes you can still get admission even though you got B grade. Start your preparation right away for the entrance examinations and start preparing for group discussions and personal interview.There are no hard and fast rules when it comes to cracking

Yes it is true that you have to give entrance exam to get admission in post graduate courses in university of Delhi. The admission is taken through DUET exam held every year.
