In terms of Government and Semi Government jobs, B.Sc. Agriculture is better. B.Sc. Graduates can work in Veterinary department of State government as Veterinary doctors. Other than this, chances of getting government jobs is limited. But one can start his/her private practice.

In current scenario and from future prospects too B.Sc. Agriculture is more job oriented comparatively than BHMS. Although it almost depends on your interests and aim, both the mentioned courses are good, have ample scope and have its own importance. Hope it helps.
