Gajra Raja Medical College is the first medical college in Madhya Pradesh, India established in 1946. It was inaugurated on 1 August 1946 by Jiwaji Rao Scindia. Lateral entry is basically entering a college while having completed the previous year or semester in another college. It is possible in some universities and colleges to get lateral entry but not many of them provide such facility. Also it depends on the course one is studying, usually lateral entry is seen in B.Tech courses. Some universities providing lateral entry are Mumbai University, Mizoram University, Maharashtra Institute of Technology and other as well. I hope you find this helpful.
