Marks can be taken for priority but what is most mandatory is that you need to give national tests like CAT MAT XAT CMAT etc. And scoring a good percentile in such an exam will decide what good colleges you can apply for. Since you also mentioned ATMA and MH-CET, scores are low, therefore you need to work hard for it. Or else you can give individual college exams conducted by the college itself.

You can certainly join a Masters's course in Psychology. M.A. Psychology admissions are either done on the basis of merit or through the university/college's own entrance exam, and so you might want to first identify the universities that you would like to apply to. It is impossible with 86% and without UT quota. But there are chances if you fall under some reservation category.
