Yes, AIIMS Delhi is having M.Sc. In Community health nursing which is of 3 years. And the whole course’s fee is about INR 90,000 to INR 4.3 Lacs.

B.Sc and B.Tech have difference, because B.Sc is non technical whether B.Tech is technical.

Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA is a 3-year professional undergraduate course in Business Management, the minimum eligibility for BBA is class 12th from a recognized educational board with minimum score of 50% of marks. Hence, you can do the BBA course.
