Hi, The placements for any MBA students is done irrespective of their branches they have taken in their UG, except few companies looks for some domain specialisation. On the whole, it's common for all the MBA graduates with any kind of Graduation. All the best.

Placements in Amity University are good. They also provides creative summer internships, which helps student to figure out which field is better for them to continue in future. Internships are also offered by them if you're unable to find out and placements as well. In Amity University, placements we got good companies such as Coca cola, BMW, ICICI bank, Amazon, flipkart etc.

Food technology is totally different from electronics and telecommunication, if you are good in mathematics and you want to be an Engineer then go for electronics or telecommunication, because of good placement and scope. But, if you are not good in mathematics, then only go for food technology.

You cannot do M.Sc without Bachelor's degree. I would suggest you join a Bachelor's programme of your preference. From your marks I believe that you are not great in Science, there are other programs out there that you can try apart from Science courses.
