Both the choices are good. But, your complain is about which is best for job abroad. As my point of view Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University both are better for your M.Sc course and your job related problem. Thank you.

Minimum criterion of eligibility, aspiring candidates are needed to have attained a Bachelor's degree in any of Physics, Biological Sciences, BAMS. BHMS BPT and any other related discipline, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

That's totally up to your personal preference. There no major difference in between them when it comes to job scope and other relevant things. But, choose a good college to study either of them.

Yes, that will be helpful, if you wish to leave operations and enter a management role. But, I would suggest you go for a Masters, if you plan to do PGD, then have some experience before you go for it.

You are required to have studied some levels of maths. These are the requirements laid out by them. In this MHF4u is indicated as Grade 12th maths, but it's not accurately describes for international students. I would suggest you get in touch with the university to get a clarity on this issue
Requirements for admission:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
ENG4U (minimum grade of 70% required)
MHF4U (minimum grade of 70% required)
MCV4UorMDM4U (MCV4U recommended)
And, three additional 4U or M courses (no more than two 4M courses)
A supplementary application (including leadership profile, video interview and timed writing exercise) is also

A Ph.D degree will be mandatory for teaching positions in Universities from July, 2021, Human Resource Development (HRD) minister Prakash Javadekar today announced. Those aiming at Assistant Professorship in a College will, however be eligible with a Ph.D or even with a Master's degree with NET.

Minimum qualification is 12th passed/appearing with 75% aggregate of best four including 85% in English for general category. A general candidate should have Minimum 60% in four subjects (including mathematics), 54% for OBC, and passing marks are required for SC/ST.
