Hello Satheesh,
Yes, you can apply for the UGC NET Electronics exam. The UGC NET exam is national level exam, which is held for the junior research fellowship and to become an assistant professor. The Candidates can apply for the NET exam if they have completed the post-graduation degree. Refer official notification at NTA website for the eligibility details.
In addition, you need to choose the subject in which you have completed the PG degree. As you have completed the post-graduation in nano-science, you can apply for UGC NET Electronics. You also need to fulfill the age limit criteria for JRF while lectureship does not require any age

In different engineering colleges the fees structure my vary, talking about general category students the fees for four years may vary from 2.5 Lacs to 8 Lacs or more. It may be applicable to almost all the branches.

If you have completed B.Sc. in any stream of science such as Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physiology, Microbiology or an equivalent degree in a science stream from a recognised board are eligible for Master of Science [M.Sc. ] (Medical Microbiology) course then you are eligible to pursue.
