There is no Entrance Exams for a B.Sc (Microbiology) - Three Years Duration Course. But, colleges will conduct Merit Based Admission and depends upon the Ranking from Applications you will have the scope.

You have passed class 12th with Science, but you want to take up Graduation in Arts, you are eligible say BA , (History, Sociology, Economics, Sociology, Languages, Media, Journalism, etc. ).

You have already pursued HSC (with Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and passed also. So, now again you cannot pursue a separate subject for getting into admission after studying. So, don't waste a year on this. Pursue what is applicable and eligible and start your professional life.
