Definitely, you can do B.Sc nursing from anywhere except government colleges. For that, you have to apply for a common entrance test. If you score better rank in the same, you will get a seat in the government colleges. Only the difference between govt. and private colleges is of the fee structure.

Eligibility:
MBBS degree recognised by the Medical Council of India. Selection of eligible candidates is based on the rank obtained in the national level entrance National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Post Graduate (NEET-PG)
Therefore, you cannot join DNB as you are not eligible.

With just a Bachelors degree in astrophysics or astronomy, you could work as a research assistant or an assistant at an observatory. Most astrophysicists, however, have PhDs and even post-doctoral study. A Bachelors degree in either physics or astronomy is considered good preparation for becoming an astrophysicist.
