Yes, you can go for B.Com honours even if you don't have mathematics in your class 12th board. Your score in class 12th board is good enough to get you a seat for B.Com in your locality.

She can get admission in both integrated as well as B.Tech, as per her interests. She is eligible for both, as her rank is good in both. I would suggest her to opt for computer science and engineering as job opportunities are high in this branch.
