It depends upon your interest and the time you can give to your studies. But if you are really interested in research then you must go for PhD.

There is no prescribed course as such. You should have good verbal ability, reasoning, etc.

Eligibility: B.Sc. with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and at least 55% Marks in the subjects. *The Department of Chemistry offers specialization in Materials (Polymers and advanced ceramics), Inorganic, Organic and Physical Chemistry.

Delhi Technological University (DTU) offers M.Tech in various specializations for the duration of two years at PG level. BE/ B.Tech or M.Sci n the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks in aggregate is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. GATE qualified candidates are eligible for admission.

If you are very passionate about CS and understand each and everything clearly and eager to go into deep (AI, Analytics, System level coding etc.), go and opt for higher studies such as M.Tech or Ph.D. After pursuing this, you would be having opportunities to continue your work in private as well as public sector.
