All three are completely different. BBA is recommended, if you want to enter management. MBA would be needed after BBA. So, if you are planning to pursue MBA then go for BBA. BCA is Bachelors of Computer Applications. If you are interested in making a career in IT, then go for BCA, B.Sc can be done in IT, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, etc. If you want to make a career in IT, you can do B.Sc IT or B.Sc CS. I would personally not recommend you to do B.Sc in plain sciences unless you want to become a teacher or scientist. Ask yourself what do you want to do in life? What are your aspirations? You can do a lot of things after completing B.Sc in IT.
1. MCA
2. MBA
3. M.Sc. IT/ M.Sc. CS
4. Apply for TCS Ignite and WIPRO WASE Programs (You will get opportunity to pursue part time Masters along with full time job).
5. Start working in a startup
6. Become a freelancer.

Yes, you can start the preparation for CAT. First check out the syllabus and pattern of CAT exam. Start brushing up the concepts of Maths and English (Grammar). You can sit for CAT exam in your pre-final and final years of graduation. Apart from scoring well in CAT. You must need to score well in graduation. Check out the selection criteria of top-20 MBA institutes of India. This will give you a good idea what are the expectations of institutes from MBA aspirants. Best of Luck.

Different schools have different criteria if you want to apply for Science in class 11th. You should know the minimum eligibility criteria for the particular school in which you want to apply.

Engage is a good book, but go for books like engage only after you are completed with your study material. Don't be limited to these books, keep them secondary. After you have completed your course and your mock test etc., then for extra practice, you can refer them.

Yes, you are eligible for BBA, as Science is the open field and after intermediate, you can opt for another undergraduate stream.
