Yes, the colleges offering B.Sc will take 12th percentage. However, the percentage won't matter much, you should have more than 50%, that's it!

Yes, your degree is valid. It does not matter how old your degree is, it's always valid unless and until the institute from which you have done gets dissolved.

After BCA degree, MCA will be a much better option for you as compared to M.Sc because in MCA you'll learn much more in-depth content of subjects which you have studied in your BCA. So, it'll be much more easy and beneficial for you and your career.

Instead of looking for coaching classes you can prepare for JAM by your own. IIT JAM Exam is not that tough. You can easily crack it if you study well. The best way to prepare for JAM Exam is solving previous year question papers. This will give you an idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the question. If you are fixed on your decision for not pursuing the course in hospitality management, there is no need to pursue this course. There are no 1-2 month's courses available. After completing your under graduation degree you can apply for PG Diploma or PG programs in hotel management, aviation management or event management.

Bachelor's in mass communication will be more theoretically, focusing on theories and models. A B.Sc will be a lot more scientific and practical oriented.

B.Sc in mass communication is a Bachelor's degree. It's a little different than a B.A. A B.A is more theoretical and a B.Sc Degree will be more practical based.
