Well, it's a good decision. After completing M.Sc Nursing, you can work as a staff nurse in different hospitals, nursing in-charge in speciality, and can work as a nursing lecturer in India. In spite, you need to clear IELTS exam to get the student visa.

As per my knowledge and experience, for getting a good payable job, you must go for M.Sc Mathematics as there are many good opportunities after completing this course as compared to M.Sc Chemistry.

You are definitely eligible for M.Sc in chemistry without maths because there is no such condition that maths should be a compulsory subject for this course, so don't worry about it you are definitely eligible.

If you hold a Master's degree in Biotech, you are eligible for most of the research jobs but a preference is given to candidates who have qualified any of the national level entrance exams like CSIR NET, GATE, DBT, BET, ICMR, JRF and NET. However, do not get demotivated you still have a lot of scope without them. You have the following top options after M.Sc in Biotech:
Go for a Ph.D.
Apply for a corporate research job and start climbing the corporate ladder (this part is tougher than the entrance exams mentioned above).
Go for Teaching / Academic jobs.
Get into Marketing & Business Development.
Get an MBA degree.

See, in India, as of now, the increasing scope is of electronics only as there are very less manufacturing plants in India and only some companies are coming to India that will hire mechanical engineers, but in the electronics field, this is totally opposite and more and more companies are setting up there manufacturing plants in India.
