I think you should take ZBC for sure.
It's because you can pursue Master in the same field and thereafter you should give a try to UGC NET for the Ph.D. if you don't want to go into teaching line you can pursue MBA, MCA, MBA for marketing and sales. After MCA, you will secure your job in IT sector. And also after taking ZBC, you can take your whole three years to decide in what subject you want to make your career. Rest is up to you and your interest.

Basically, COMEDK score is mainly for the admission in Engineering. COMEDK score is not for B.Sc. or any other Science course in Bangalore. There is no fee waiver.
