Hey, your rank is much low. You will get admission, but in private colleges or if you get the IHM, it will be having low ranking. You should opt for a private college, which has higher placement and good facilities for the course.

The admissions are not over in every college. You need to check which colleges are still taking the admissions.

Well, firstly I want to know that is your percentage.
And, for general category it is 91%, OBC-82%, ST -78%, SC-68% on wards till yet.

The college does not disclose the admission details online. It is better you connect with the college counselor and get the admission information.

If I am not wrong, you are talking about PCACS-Navi Mumbai. Your class 12th percentage is too low. But, I'm not sure that you can get admission there or not. So, follow the instructions for admission requirements provided by PCACS in its official website 2018 through this link:-
