Please mention the college or university with proper location so that I can tell the cutoff for PG agriculture.

As much I know the cutoff was at 92% in 2015 for general category but still your score is good. You can get admission in there.

After B.Sc you can go for IIT JAM exam for PG degree and you can prepare for civil services exams.

If you opt for B.Com (Hons.) then Maths is compulsory for admission, not only for Hindu College of Delhi University but also for other colleges.
But if you are opting for B.Com (prog.) then Maths is not compulsory for every college of Delhi University.

Sorry to say but you would not be able to enroll for M.Sc in mathematics in Netaji Subhas Open University.
The candidate must have completed graduation degree with mathematics as honours subject.
The candidate must have completed graduation degree from any recognized university and must have studied at least 300 marks in mathematics and secured at least 55% marks in mathematics are eligible.

No, this fee will be submitted at the time of admission in the college. That is 1-2 days before the classes start.

There are so many colleges good for B.Sc. Though, you should choose one which is near to your home. BHU is one of the better option AMU is also a good option. Kindly figure out a option which is near to you.
