You should consult with your admission authorities whether they will let you sit for your backlogs. Once you have cleared your backlogs you can join your job without fear of backlash from your organization.

You should check with admission authorities if it is sufficient to secure admission in your college for a course in M.Sc. If you have paid the admission fees, and are holding a valid acceptance letter, I dont think there should be any issue with joining your college for the course in question.

Hello Atul,
Germany is a highly competitive country. Your academic background does not seem to be sound and competitive. The number of backlogs is huge and the percentile is not competitive too. You can always give it a try, but I would suggest you check out other countries like Australia or even New Zealand. If you want to study in Europe, you may check Netherlands, Spain, France and so on.

Organic Chemistry is one of the best subjects.
To study it well, the most important thing is to have General Organic Chemistry on your tips. Start solving questions of GOC.
After that head to the new concepts which are the different reactions.
If you have done GOC well, you'll be able to write the mechanism of any reaction yourself to decide the product.
Now, again solve the questions on that particular topic.
I would suggest OP Tondon which is the best book for Organic Chemistry having questions on every topic.
