Following the release of the SET result, the participating institutes release the SET cutoff. The SET scores are accepted by the 10 esteemed Symbiosis Institutes. These institutions accept SET results for a range of undergraduate degrees. Every institute and course has a distinct SET cut-off. Each participating college or institute's official website will have access to these cutoffs. In order for applicants to be admitted to their selected institute, they must meet the cutoff of the SET exam that they took.

When studying for the SET exam, having the correct books and study resources can make a big difference. Here are some recommended books for the different portions of the SET exam:
General English:
- Norman Lewis' Word Power Made Easy and Wren & Martin's High School English Grammar and Composition are helpful resources. SP Bakshi's Objective General English focuses on general awareness. Manorama Yearbook and Pratiyogita Darpan Lucent's General Knowledge Current Affairs Magazines (such as Competition Success Review and Pratiyogita Darpan)

There are multiple-choice questions in four areas of the SET exam. Each portion of the SET question paper has a distinct sectional weight. There are sixteen questions in the areas on general knowledge, quantitative aptitude, and general English. Every question is worth one mark. There are twelve multiple-choice questions in the SET exam paper's Analytical and Logical Reasoning section. Each question is worth one mark. There is no deduction for wrong answers.

General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, and General English are the three areas of the SET exam that have equal weighting. If a question is answered correctly, one mark is awarded. Both wrongly marked answers and unanswered questions do not result in a mark deduction or a negative mark. Analytical and Logical Reasoning, the final section of the SET exam, is the one with the least weight. This portion consists of just 12 questions, each worth one mark. The WB SET (West Bengal State Eligibility Test) result is released by the West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC). The steps to download the WB SET result are given below:

The SLIET SET III admit card 2024 will be released on April 30, 2024. The SET III will be conducted on May 4, 2024. The candidates can download it by logging in with their registered credentials. The result is declared on May 14, 2024. The counselling process will begin on May 15, 2024, and will conclude in July 2024.

The last date to fill the SLIET SET 2025 application form will be notified later. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam must submit their application forms on or before last date. No other mode of SLIET SET application will be accepted, and the authorities will not entertain any requests for late submissions. Therefore, candidates are advised to fill and submit their application forms on time to avoid any inconvenience.
