Yes. After completing your M.Tech in Signal Processing you can appear for both SET and NET tests. The first is the national Eligibility Test. For the SET, candidates must have a Master's degree recognised by UGC and for general category applicants as minimum 55% marks are required (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates. 23. Similarly, the UGC Net requires a Master's degree with at least 55% marks from a recognised university 45. Therefore your qualifications meet the eligibility criteria for both exams.
