Yes, SGTU may reserve 25% of seats for candidates belonging to the state of Haryana. Out of this, 10% are reserved for SC candidates. The total seat intake for the Diploma course is 60 (as per official sources). Moreover, it must be taken into account that the mentioned reservation details are as per an old notification.

There are a total of 60 seats for DPharm at SGT University. Students are admitted as per sanctioned seat intake and merit in last qualifying exam/CUET.
