Hi,
It is worth to spend in universities like Sharda and AmitY University, because they offer you a world class education environment, but they also lack in some parameters, but overall it's okay to spend Lacs.

The Admissions at Sharda are not based on last academic qualification. It is based on SUAT (on the spot entrance if you visit the university & You will get the result same day). You didnot mention the course you are interested in Joining - otherwise I would have given you more information. Thank you.

One and all the private colleges are same. Infrastructure makes the only difference.
Infrastructure: Amity has no work in under construction so campus is dust free and clean and it has nice ambience too. Sharda has undergoing work. But it is leaving no stone unturned to have a really good campus.
Placement: It's over and all same. Sometimes companies are not worth of and sometimes students.
Teaching: It's just okay. Students need to get knowledge out of them if they want more.
Location- Amity is at prime location. Nearby Delhi and Noida. Greater Noida is little far.
Safety: Previously Sharda was not that secured. But now it is secured.
