For SHIATS Entrance Exam 2019, you need to fill two forms. The application form needs to be submitted with a crossed bank draft or cash payment at the university fee counter. The bank draft has to be sent by registered post in favour of Registrar, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Allahabad. Postal order, cheque and money order will not be accepted for fee payments.
