The filling of application form is lengthier. You need to have passport to apply for International airline, as a basic requirement. Some airline only hire there nationalities. Some welcome nationalities from different parts of the world.

If they have an all-female cabin crew instead of a mixed cabin crew. The reason for this is that a female cabin crew would weigh on an average 20 kilos lighter than a male cabin crew and as a result, would save on fuel consumption in the long run. As a result, many cash-strapped no-frills budget airlines in India such as Indigo Airlines, Go Air, Spice JET and Air Asia only hire female cabin crew. This helps them save a huge amount of money in the long run. . Since it requires a lot of physical and mental stability, one gives more attention towards their fitness, You have to be fit to perform your duties, every day. One has to plan it's timetable to adjust with these working hours. Plan your sleep accordingly so that you are not fatigued at the end. In aviation. One can always grow in this field as once you have sufficient amount of experience, you can always switch to another grade in the same field. Gender ratio of females versus males for cabin crews is definitely different in Indian Carriers as compared with carriers from abroad. A lot depends on availability of talent pool and the socioeconomic conditions of population strata in countries. In India females are considered fit for the job to be serving to people. Also, a large number of young girls just out of the school are without jobs hence they queue up for any job at any pay. Hence there is large female talent pool available here. Yes, they are harsh and very rigid with rules and regulations, but that's their Job. They will not entertain any illegal or more that what is allowed to be carried in the country. Passenger comes with so many restricted items, and then refuse to pay duty on the same, then they start arguing unnecessary, despite of knowing what the customs regulation are. While landing, there are lot of announcements made by cabin crew regarding carriage of currency, liquids and alcohol. Thank you.

Hi, Flight Attendant is the highly paid career after 12th. As Aviation is the rapid growing industries. There are many institutes which provide training to become cabin crew but it is not mandatory to join any of them. You can directly apply through the websites of airlines or walk in interviews. You should have good communication skills, grooming and confidence as they look for the face of airlines. Starting salary is 25k approximately. Thanks.
